This week I have Career Camp. It's at a near by Career and Technology Center (it's a 2 year college place). And we didn't do toooo much today.
Day 3 : On Day 3, I had landscaping. Our teacher dude, Mr.Helwig, talked. A lot. :goonk: But he was nice. :3 It's just... I didn't really want to listen to him. @.- But anyway! After he was done talking, we went outside and planted a tree. I think it was... erm... a sugar maple? Maybe. xDD I forget. But we planted it non-the-less. x3 And then we had a really gross lunch. >> It was meat raviolli and green beans, and then a piece of bread (you had to butter it yourself). And... it was just ewwy. x.x So I was starving when I got home. x3 But after lunch we went to the florist thingy. And we learned about green roofs, which are literally green roofs. It's when you plant stuff on a roof. You have to use foam insalation, then a layer of rubber, so the insalation doesn't get wet. After the rubber you have a layer of rocky stuff, and then I think it's landscaping tarp? Or something like that. And then you put on potting soil, and plant the plants. :3 We got to make a little green roof in a crate thingy. So... actutally it was a green crate? xDD <33 Anyway, it was quite fun. :3 Oh, and then we went home. xDD
It was fun...ish today. xDD; And I can't wait for tomorrow! : D
