	Inside MieKarra's Head Here is a place that I have created to give those of you who know me not a little more insite into what you are going to get yourself into by knowing me better. I hope that you have brought adequate protection for your fragil little mind.

Nothing will ever change the way I feel These memories make up my day Running to my sad, lonely end as fast as I can Will I find you there? Will you leave me there? I miss you, I miss you The things you taught me will forever go on I miss your smiles, I miss your eyes The things you showed me changed my life I tried to hate you and who you are I cursed your memory as I slept at night I feared the loneliness in my own heart Now I know how empty I made you One day I hope to forgive myself Any maybe earn your respect once again Find a way to live from day to day Find a place to finally, truly belong. I miss you, I miss you The things you taught me will forever go on I miss your smiles, I miss your eyes The things you showed me changed my life The thing I hated in you I was And the things I wanted most I killed Finding who you weren�t meant more than our love My pride, in the end, blinded me from you I killed myself inside, and you tried to save me I scoffed at my second chance and you cried Now I hope every day that I will die I hope that I will be made to pay for the tears I made you cry. 	Oh my! That is truly heart wrenching! A Drill Instructor once told me: Pain Builds Character. At the time I thought he was full of st! But the years had tought me that there was some truth to the statement. Learning to bear the pain, and learning from my mistakes, has made me what I am today...good or bad sweatdrop Thanks for sharing your poems with us, for, I suspect, the words come from your own experiences and from the depths of your being. 	Wow Mie. I'm not really a poem buff...and certainly no poet myself, so I'm not sure what to say. I will say, it's beautiful. And heartwrenching, like Coel said. It makes me feel sad and lonely. I guess it conveys its message well. Thaks for sharing with us. I hope that someday you'll be able to write a happy one that's just as good, but I'm a romantic that way. 	I think I found a new favorite poem. hugs As always, your poetry is thought-evoking and full of emotion. Once again, I want to just wrap it all up in a pretty little bundle and call it The Dark Side of Love. (Yeah, call me a sap razz ) Mie, this is beautiful, and (as mentioned above) utterly heart-wrenching. I'm getting looks on my side of the comp for having tears in my eyes, but it's just beautiful. You have a way of expressing yourself with a serene sadness, but also hope.
