Hey guys. I hope you're all doing good! smile So I thought I'd make a journal to announce I'm going to try and lose some weight again. There are a lot of reasons why actually. The first one is because I don't want to end up sick, with diabetes or heart problems or something like that. And the next reason is because I want to be able to live a long time, to help take care of my family and if me and my boyfriend ever have kids I want to be able to take care of them too. And I want to be very active and involved in my kids' lives and be able to actually do things with them. And another reason why I want to lose weight is to fit in cute clothes. There's a lot of clothes and brands I can't wear because I'm too big. I hate it. I have so many cute outfit ideas planned out but I can never actually do it because it's so hard to find things in my size. And the last reason i want to lose weight is for the wedding. It's only 5 months away but I know I'll be seeing some progress by then! I want to fit in a beautiful dress, be able to walk down the aisle without running out of breath (lol) and ultimately I think it'll make me a healthier and happier person. I have a good feeling able this whole thing. I think it's a change I need to make in my life to make me feel better about myself. And I also want to ensure myself a long and happy life. And at the rate I'm going with my weight I know I won't get there if I don't try to do something about it now.
