I hope to always remember this:
My hubby and I have been staying up all night recently. Yesterday (very early morning, around 4 or 5 AM maybe), we were talking about taking tests in school, namely German. So I started talking in German a little and he was asking me how to say certain words. Eventually, he needed a nap, so I asked him to get my glasses for me so I could play the Sims. I thanked him (in English) and he said "Willkommen". LOL, he's the cutest! heart I had to laugh.
It sounded so funny and natural, even though it's the wrong word, lol. Every time we sneeze, we do the German "blessing", so he knows how to say thank you and you're welcome. Even being sleep deprived and living with my dad has happy moments. Even thinking about it now makes me smile.
