Hmm, solid wood (as opposed to that weird particle-board stuff) with nice pointy corners, we'll say someone's in a hurry and running through the room an average of twice a week, and the statistical likelihood of a martial-arts style brawl being essentially negligible.
Well, that's definitely a bit of a hazard.
I give you a one-in-five chance of someone hurting themselves on it sometime in its lifetime. one-in-three if there are young kids near it a lot.
I was a little surprised Wizard-san's statistic was so low considering how often people seem to complain about having run into a coffee table... I thought I'd done pretty good taking 29.3 years to ever run into one in the first place, but maybe not? sweatdrop

I'm like... this weird combination of accident-prone-yet-not. xd
Accidents start happening, and I notice them and usually manage to stop them mid-way... catching falling objects, tripping but not falling, etc. I guess it's the up-side to being a bit jumpy?
Once while starting a new job at a coffee shop, I knocked over an extra large latte, but I caught it so quickly all the liquid ended up back inside the cup. I didn't think much of it and just kept going until I realized my coworkers were staring at me, so I looked over and they were like, "Can you do that again?!?" xd
Even sliding into the coffee table, I was halfway through the motion of dodging it, so it hit me kind of like weirdly low on my leg. o.<;;
