i open a leather black journal
and i begin to write
yet....
I am not saticfied
i want the world to hear my words
I want everyone to know what I need to say
I try to yell out to you
Yet you just walk away
i embrace my little back journal
and look into the ebyss
And... I cry
I cry knowing my words mean nothing to anone else but me
i morn for the loss of words I have
I cringe at the thought that I can never... never
never... never...
never....?
i can read my poem to you
I can read my stories
i can read my thoughts
but how about you just take this
Take my little black book from me and you will know me
You will know every secret that is in my heart
In my mind
And you will know
That I am not really here
