I found some real friends. Not the people who are nice to you then gossip about you behind your back. Not the people that tolerate you so they can use you later.
I have someone I can actually talk to. Someone to challenge me, to talk to, to help me when I am in need. A person I can pamper, a human being that connects with me at some level.....
I like having real friends. We can talk forever, we make each other laugh, and we actually hang out. This is what I always wanted back in high school. Not someone to giggle with at lunch every other day but someone I could laugh with who wouldn't make fun of my laugh. Not just pleasantries but real deep conversations.
They know who they are.....and I want to say thank you for being a friend.
