Today was a great day. I spent the morning with my friend Awesome at two of the local flea markets. I hobbled along with my cane and broken toe looking at the tables.
Awesome made me laugh really hard and he treated me to quite a few things. I got a whole load of books. Not just 7 or 9 but easily over ten. I got some manga for real cheap. $5 for a handful! We ate at Fat Boy's. This place had delicious food. Mouth watering goodness I assure you.
Took a micro nap, helped Awesome with his truck, and we are going to play some Wii. ^___^ A great day all in all.....oh but wait.
He is cooking me dinner. A chicken and rice dinner which I know he makes very well. 5 star quality people!!! HE should open his own chain. HE should have his own cooking show for crying out loud! Awesome even had his own website for a long time. It was called the Awesome Report. I found it very entertaining and witty. Hence the name Awesome....plus that is just what he IS. He is a hulk with red hair and a beard. A guy who has a sharp tongue but a sweet heart. A great friend to have.
Well I must be off. I am on his computer since my internet was killed by the bunnies. ((yeah, they chewed all the wires.....they, of course, are fine))
