Sometimes I just feel like crying and I don't even know why. It just feels like something has just decided to make itself invisible and tap into my insecurities. It's really upsetting when all the sudden your all depressed and your not even sure why. I mean sometimes, I do know what it is, but I don't know how to handle the situation.
