Woke up at 6:20 to barking dog and parents getting ready to go to work. Was exhausted as I usually am at this hour, but oddly enough was the only one not so exhausted as to find my dog's behavior traits to be unacceptable. Felt bad for her as empty threats about selling her on the internet were cast. Went back to sleep with dog at 8:00 as per routine.
Woke up at 11:00 to Mario theme. Felt good about setting mp3 player to be alarm clock. Enjoyed dog's confused expression at being woken up by retro game music. Had microwave sandwich thing for brunch.
Took dog for daily walk to get mail. Halfway to post office, iPod exhibited it's new behavior trait of hating the extreme cold more than I do. Rest of the journey to post office and home was made in bitter cold silence. Considered putting iPod in inside jacket pocket for future.
Watched elderly lady in large vehicle cruise through red light at post office. Made generalization about the elderly and their driving ability.
Considered taking resume to print shop one town over. Decided against it as the weather was snowy. Thinking about maybe trying it tomorrow.
Became interested in cooking show with angry chef only to have cable signal fail. Became less impressed with Rogers than thought was possible.
