Fried Ice Cream
1/2 to 1 gallon of ice vanilla ice cream
4 egg whites
4 cups crushed graham crackers
Vegetable oil
Cinnamon
Honey
Whipped Cream
Mint
1] Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop the ice cream into balls and freeze on the baking sheet for two hours.
2] Lightly beat the egg whites in a medium bowl. Place graham crackers in a medium bowl.
3] Dip the ice cream ball into the egg whites. Then, roll them in the crushed graham crackers. Return to the the baking sheet. Repeat. Put the baking sheet in the freezer for two hours or overnight.
4] In a Dutch oven or fryer, pour vegetable oil about four inches and heat to 375 F. Fry the ice cream balls until golden brown. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
5] Serve on dish with garnishes. Serve immediately.
