No matter how busy you are, you should never be too busy to thank God for His gifts. Your task, as an extreme follower of the living Christ, is to praise God many times each day. Then, with gratitude in your heart, you can face your daily duties with the perspective and power that only He can provide.
When you slow down and express your gratitude to your Heavenly Father, you enrich your own life and the lives of those around you. That's why thanksgiving should become a habit, a regular part of your daily routine. Yes, God has blessed you beyond measure, and you owe Him everything, including your eternal praise.

Thanksgiving or complaining--These words express two contrastive attitudes of the souls of God's children in regard to His dealings with them. The soul that gives thanks can find comfort in everything; The soul that complains can find comfort in nothing.
Live today fully, expressing gratitude for all you have been, all you are right now, and all you are becoming.

Make your feelings known to God: Of course, you are thankful to God for all His blessings, starting with your family and your friends. Tell Him so.
