When it comes to your faith, are you "radical" or "run-of-the-mill"? Is your life radically different because of your relationship with Jesus, or are you the same person you were before you invited Him into your life? Jesus made an extreme sacrifice for you. Are you willing to make extreme changes in your life for Him? Can you honestly say that you're passionate about your faith and that you're really following in His footsteps?
Hopefully so. But if you're preoccupied with other things--or if you're strictly a one-day-a-week Christian--then you're in need of an extreme spiritual makeover!
Jesus doesn't want you to be a run-of-the-mill, follow-the-crowd kind of person. Jesus wants you to be a "new creation" through Him. And that's exactly what you should want for yourself, too. Nothing is more important than your wholehearted commitment to your Creator and to His only begotten Son. Your faith must never be an afterthought; it must be your ultimate priority, your ultimate possession, and your ultimate passion.
You are the recipient of Christ's everlasting love. Accept it enthusiastically and share it passionately. Jesus deserves your extreme enthusiasm.; the world deserves it; and you deserve the experience of sharing it.

Think of this--we may live together with Him here and now, a daily walking with Him who loved us and gave Himself for us.
Walk in the daylight of God's will because then you will be safe; you will not stumble.

If you want to follow in Christ's footsteps...Welcome Him into your heart, obey His commandments, and share His never-ending love.
A prayer for today.
Dear Lord, You sent Your Son so that I might have abundant life and eternal life. Thank you, Father, for my Savior, Christ Jesus. I will follow Him, honor Him, and share His Good News, this day and every day. Amen.
