Dianna settled back into her seat. Silence between them, the room grew tense. The silence broke when Tristan woke up. The small squeaks he made them both stop and admire.
"Dianna..." he started. She pretended to be still mesmerized by the young child. He waved in her face. "Listen."
"Go ahead," her voice soft.
"My life isn't what you think it is. It isn't perfect."
