Jeez. People are really critical of emo. It came up in a few quizilla qizzes, so I decided to ask the folks on Gaia what the heck "emo" was. I really have no clue. Most of what I got was negativity. I don't understand. A person is what he/she is. Why hate someone for what they happen to be? It's who he/she is that counts. I mean, honestly. I see goths hate preps and preps don't like goths. But why? Does it really matter what label you fit under? I don't even know what I would fit under. I can identify a prep or jock without thinking, but that's just b/c they're so easy to see. *cough* *choke* Goths, emo, and everything else, I don't see. What makes emo so bad anyhow? I don't think it is. It's just different from the preppy norm.
i love my spanish class. My two friends sit right next to me. Cristina on my right, Corey behind me. We talk about anime and video games. You'd think we've known each other forever. Well, i've known Corey since I was 5, but i just met Cristina. She reminds me of several of my old friends: artistic, loves anime, plays video games, and has been nice to me since day 1. That doesn't happen often. She's the first friend I've had in a long time who's noticably taller than me. I look at my pictures and notice the 1-4 inch differences between me and my friends for the last 4 years. I'm still taller than all but one of them. HA!
