OK! So, we shall start with Zexion's plans. HE had planned on usin demyx to attempt to find a way to regain their hearts, since he had a theory that Demyx was the closest to his. His theory was right, as he delved deeper into the experiments, he began to realize that Demyx was the closest. So he began making plans on how to help him. Somewhere along the lines of that, he grew slightly fond of the musician.
Then! He met Ienzo, his other on the chatroom, and things began to go downhill. He suffered from pains of remembered emotions after meeting his other, and he began to try and change the past, by altering Ienzo's decision to go through the door to darkness.
Zexion began slackign off on his duties during this time, and so Vexen got permission from the superior to handle it, and he gave Zexion a potion.
Axel during this time of confusion for Zexion, began to take a liking to him, and him, Demyx, and Zexion were starting to get 'close'. Marluxia kinda was.. in and out, sorry, Shinx doesn't play him enough to actually get included in.. the full drama..
ANYWAY!
Vexen happened to try and slip something else into the potion, and it pissed Axel off, so Axel went to attack Vexen.
This pissed off the ice user, and he began pointing fingers, saying that Axel was a traitor. He also was trying to convince Axel and Demyx that Zexion cannot feel anything, and that everything he was doing was merely a ruse for entertainment.
Axel got in trouble for attacking Vexen unprovoked, and ended up fleeing from the organization.
Zexion got permission to go on a mission with Demyx, and they traveled to a world where vampires existed, because Demyx met a vampire named Marius, and he wanted to get bitten to see if it would help him feel. Zexion went along as a safety matter, He said the mission was to help increase Demyx's success rate, and something of the sort but he did not tell precisely what it was that they were really doing. Demyx was bitten, and that ended up being the last trigger he needed to regain a heart, for all the 'pieces of the puzzle' to fit together, enabling him to feel once more.
He decided to stay on Marius's planet for a bit, having taken a liking to the blonde vampiric painter.
Zexion, as the organization's tracker, was called back to the base after a day or so, to track down and 'deal' with axel, as proof that he was still loyal, since his own motives and such had been being questioned. He went to Twilight town, with Vexen accompanying him.
Vexen was to observe and make sure that Zexion did his job.
Zexion cast an illusion, and played both VExen and Axel, making them both believe that Axel was destroyed.
He was struck in the side by Axel's chakram, and Vexen, paranoid of what zexion could supposedly 'do' shot him in the back with an icicle.
Then left, believing them both dead, as it looked like Axel faded, and Zexion was almos assuredly going to die from his wounds.
Axel was confused when he woke up just fine, and eventually figured out that Zexion had meant what he said before when he said that he would never truly harm Demyx or him. He brought Zexion back to Roxas's place and had him fixed up.
Vexen meanwhile reported them both dead, saying that Zexion managed to take out axel, but was taken out in the process.
He had also been hit, and went to recover.
XIgbar checked the 'proof of existence' and realized neither of the stones was out, and called Vexen a traitor, and that he was working to help those two escape. Vexen began to suspect that Zexion was playing them all for fools, and tried to place the blame on him.
ZExion, when he came on, placed the blame on Vexen, that Vexen had attacked him before his own attack was finished, meaning that he lost concentration and didn't finish axel off, and he was merely biding his time until he could strike once more and finish off the flame user.
Vexen insisted that Zexion was a traitor from the begiining, and insists on sticking with that story.
Saix reported both sides to the superior, and they are waiting on his decision on the matter.
Vexen came across Marluxia, and managed to persuade him to go kill Axel and Zexion then, and he left. they are currently fighting.
NOW! Recently, Zexion went to actually go see Ienzo, and.. that did not end well.
Ienzo ended up being taken by darkness once more, in his own timeline/dmension, balancing out the worlds once more, and Ienzo gave Zexion his heart. Zexion, traumatized by the experience, and unable to think clearly was tossed back to the World that Never Was, where he was found By Vexen. Vexen, seeing how unresponsive Zexion was, decided to take the opportunity to try and kill him. He managed to almost cover him with ice before Zexion's instints kicked in, and his lexicon summon and struck Vexen with everything he could.
VExen was(is) stuck in a constant hallucenation at the moment.
Zexion, finally coming to, left that area to go to Demyx, where he talked to him.
Xigbar accused Demyx of being in league with Zexion and them, and Zexion snapped and told him that Demyx was more devoted than any of them, and that they didn't even deserve to ever get their hearts back..Demyx also is going to head back to help Vexen out.

And Yes, Zexion did get a thrill out of playing everyone for a while.. now he just doesn't care because he watched Ienzo die in front of him, when he tried so hard to save him.. Just imagine! It's.. his other.. his 'better' part as he would say.. he..
More important than a twin even?
It's hard to describe.. but.. yeah.
so! that's what has happened lately.
I feel like such an attention whore! Zexion is like th main antagonist who stirred everything up!!
But it was fun. Really.
