Orange belongs to one of my good friends who runs the Frenchton game. He only ever gets character art from me, so it’d be neat to have someone else draw one of his Ocs for a change. wink



Worlokisms: Orange is a Worlok, meaning he has a longer lifespan total supernatural control over a specific element… in his case, it’s electricity. He can use and control absolutely any form of it, whether it’s fixing a toaster or calling down a lightning storm… usually it’s more along the lines of the former. He likes toast. He likes bacon even more, but, you know…

Clothing: Orange has a very peculiar dress code… He almost always (or at least in public) wears a long, black coat/robe/thing with neon orange trim in various patterns. His most common one a bright orange stripe on either side, but he has others. One of his favorites has a bright orange celtic knot on the back/front. If you’re drawing him in a coat, have fun with the designs. You can check out the ref pics for an idea of what I’m talking about. When he’s more casual, he’s usually in jeans and a wife-beater or something similar…

Personality: Despite the fact that he’s been alive for over 200 years (which seems to usually be cause for angstyness) Orange is far more laid-back and goofy most of the time. When business or live are concerned, he has the ability to swing into an incredibly serious mood, and occasionally bursts of total rage or frustration will take over, but for the most part, he’s a fun, calm guy. He’s a very diplomatic and charismatic individual. He also has the alcohol tolerance of a four year old girl.

History: Orange has been around awhile. He was even a runner for the Union during the civil war, acting as the messenger who told families about their deceased loved ones. More recently, he has taken over the management of Stavro’s, a night-club originally run by his late uncle that acts as a big-ol’-fun place for anything supernatural and even some people who aren’t. He acts as a liaison between supernatural creatures and “normal” people, as well as hunters. This is, of course, how he met Sid, who was 14 at the time. Originally, he felt bad for her being thrown into her life at such an early age, and began acting as sort of a mentor/guardian. Because of her negligent parents, he had her start living above Stavros’ with him (he convinced her parents that a school in Arizona had taken an interest in her and got them to sign certain documents so her living with him is only kind of illegal rather than really illegal. They have no idea where she actually is right now.) After living in close quarters together for about a year, a romantic spark started to develop between them. For awhile, he was really very concerned considering he had originally intended to be a parental figure and that he was, like, over 230 years older than she was…and that she was 15... But then he figured than technically, ANY human was “too young for him” and decided that that was enough justification to go for it. They have an interesting relationship…
