Personality: He's rude and has one of the most annoying accents you'll ever hear. This jackass is only tolerable if you're a rare kind of someone who can simply be amused by his FOB-ness.
Bio: He is from the far country Vietnam (the south side, not the communist side and buddha help the poor fool who accuses him of being of the latter), an immigrant and a trader of the black market. He seems to owe a great deal to Pazori and serves him with almost a god-like sort of reverence.
