Characteristics:Before, Lien was at times a lady and an overall gentle person. At others, she was blunt and no-nonsense. She was a typical Dojenese teenager, albeit a conservatively refined one; but though she was once a somewhat naive and optimistic young woman, Lien is now much more reserved about giving her trust to another. Her courteous manner, however, has persisted even through death so that her tendency to be blunt in her opinions is tempered by an ever-innocent need to please. Her upbringing may also give her an air of haughtiness.
Bio: Moriko’s second youngest half-sister, Lien looks up to Mori as her favorite fanatical sibling. She’d chosen the path of becoming a noble lady, and like other children of the clan, was exposed to the preachings of light from the time of birth. Unlike Mori, however, she is not totally brainwashed and is actually starting to become a typical rebellious teenager. The elders were only grateful that she is not as vocal in her opinions as her older sister.
But though she'd chosen the way of a noble lady, Lien's recent engagement to a distinguished young man named Seung-ri could never take the place of what she desired most: to throw off all the burdens of society and become a sorceress in the clan's well-respected Magicks Sanctuary. However, trying to change one's path meant possible dishonor towards hers and her betrothed's family and the completion of difficult 'tasks'. Even so, Lien found herself searching for her sister's help at Moonlit Castle, where things began to go terribly wrong.
She unwittingly aided a wanted man, had her heart broken twice, and her search for power to right her wrongs literally consumed her spirit and sanity until she was eventually killed by Talutah. She now wanders the castle halls as a restless spirit.
