What Spring Brings
Somehow the winter winds grew colder; though winter,
Day by day is growing older, and new questions can be posed:
What will spring winds bring besides bees and flowers?
Will it bring any positive things for me?
Winter winds are cruel, but somehow the snow warms my bones
In hypothermic kind of way, creating false feelings of admiration.
And rising questions about human creation:
So please, do tell, why the hell am I here???
Fuel the Pain
There is no escape from the pain that I feel inside.
This feeling that just wont seem to subside…
And though I try to hide it I know it will become my fall
All and all I’m just trying to take it step-by-step, day-by-day
Keep telling myself that I will be okay …
Hate, hate consumes hearts by the many,
You can find hateful people lying around just like pennies.
Hate spreads like a disease that can bring you to your knees
And devour you thought by thought, like a wildfire.
Causing pain that never seems to tire.
Burning sanity like the nothing it is.
It’s like fuel, fuel to kill your dreams and will.
It laughs at you as cry…and as the pistol creeps closer to your temple…

Desperate times
Call for desperate measures
So I will break my own heart
And put it back together.
Desperate times
Call for something sharp
And a swift motion
To break both of our hearts.
In a desperate time
I don’t think…
I just watch the blood
Splatter in the sink…
