Yes, I know it's been an uber long time. I don't go on gaia that much any more... kinda lost all entertainment. stare Anyway, I gave my avatar a fun halloween costume today... no, I don't know why. Um.... anyways... nothing's happened in life lately... hmmm.... nope, nothing. My friend Alee is moving tomorrow. Kayla is very sad about that... crying We all love Alee, and if you don't, you're a b***h. Alee is a hippie, and as you should know, we all love hippies n.n I made her brownies for her going away present thingy. She was all: "YAY BROWNIES!" So not cool that she's moving crying . Ah well, not like I'll lose contact with her or anything. No one would ever want to do that!
Started school about 2 months ago... still boring as hell. LOVE my Social Studies teacher though! <3 Hate my L.A teacher. It's strange, I love english, and I always thought that no matter what teacher I had, I would always love it. Definitely not the case this year. This teacher knows how to completely kill the fun of English easier than I've ever known anyone to be able to do! God, if only she knew how little the students learn because of her, and how little they come to appreciate this wonderful subject. With her as a teacher, I'm definitely not getting any closer to my dream of becoming an author. We have to read the stupidest books! Right now, we're reading a book called Shabanu and it has to be THE most boring book ever written! Not only that, but it is WAY too easy! Lucky for me, I'm in the reader's workshop class, which definitely makes up for the boring-ness. That's another class I love. We read really interesting books, even though it's pace is still a little slow for me. (I'm a really fast reader.) They say that the class is really fast-paced, but personally, I think they could speed it up, just a bit.
Ah well, I think I'm done with my ranting for now. Oh, one more thing, my grandmother died in July. I've pretty much gotten over it, but it hurts, ya know?
