This is my Naruto OC, Miharu Rosuto. Her parents were killed during the attack of the nine tail fox on the hidden leaf village. After her clan fell, and her father died, her mother crawled with her in her arms for miles until she died on the doorstep of someone's home. She never knew her parents.
The Ichihara house is where she spent the next six years of her life. Her 'father' physically abused her, her 'mother' couldn't stop it. Her 'brother' Akito *three years older* could do nothing. The day she turned six there was a housefire. Her 'parents' left her to die in the blaze. She thought that she would die, but just before the house came crashing down, Kabuto swooped in and saved her.
Until she turned twelve she was under the care and personal instruction of Orochimaru, or as she called him, Daifu. (Japanese for father) On a mission, she was kidnapped by Kakashi and taken to Konoha. He took care of her and she ended up joining his squad. Not long afterwards did she develop certain feelings for Sasuke.
It was on her first mission for with the squad that she started to question who she was. They were to escort a young prince named Haku back to his village. When he saw Miharu, he couldn't believe it was her. He didn't know about her past (childhood) and insisted that they were betrothed. She refused to believe it.
That night while they were camping, they were ambushed by the Akatsuki. Sasuke stood in front of her, trying to protect her from Kisame, but Itachi grabbed her from behind. Wanting to make Sasuke squirm, he decided to keep her and disappeared into the trees.
Even as a captive of the Akatsuki, she stood her ground. Making it clear that she would not stand for what they had done. After the first night, Itachi threatened her with Sasuke's life. If she didn't stay, he'd kill him. Feeling completely helpless, she complies. However, that wasn't Pein's intenetion. Later, he went to see her himself.
