Emotions run deep like wounds of the past,
You cut me with your hate and now I bleed,
If you loved my way of life I probably still be alive.
You stuck your dagger in my heart of love,
Left me with a wound that will never heal,
Why did you do it, why won't you tell me.
Left to find help for the wound the never heals,
I find myself feeling more and more empty,
I wish you didn't do this to me, I didn't deserve this.
Can you take the dagger out of my heart,
Can you fix the wound that never heals,
Can you be the one for my needs.
I wish you the best of luck in this life,
You'll need it for the next,
Because you will be the one stabbed next time.
I found someone to do the job,
It will burn you the way it did me,
Next time don't put the dagger in if you can't handle it yourself.
My love my be wounded,
But my heart will beat on,
Do me one favor, just leave me alone next time.
