The fall
the shining star
the shimmering light
forever you’ll be our might
These words were those of mystery
Of once named’s single plight
He brought us joy, gave us joy
Yet ask nothing, for our smiles are his reward
He stands yet forth from all but one
The match they call the morning star
Once he had called him brother
But now he has sharpened his sword
He looks upon an ancient battlefield
Were he had once walked unavailed
A single white stone lies before him
It reads an inscription “one cannot lose hope”
The words of single are breathe are lost
The pain has been there too long
A hollow cry speeds across the wasteland
Only none could see the colour of his fallen feather
The same sheen that now adorns his brother
The once holy colour of black…
