*Sigh* It's 9 o'clock.

I got barely any sleep last night. I must have been up till at least 3 o'clock this morning. For once, Shunomaru was the first one to wake and was waiting for me, sitting right on my chest. Not very comfortable first thing when you wake up but a puppy staring at you with his tail wagging as you open your eyes would bring a smile to anybody's face. After Shunomaru's friendly greeting, we snuck out of the room and went to grab some breakfast while we could. Collecting just enough for the 4 of us, yes including Shunomaru, we went back to the room and served Tizona and Zirith their breakfast as they woke and got dressed for the day.
Once breakfast was finished we addressed the situation of the Shadow Village to my mother and step-father who would have offered to help rebuild but were stuck guarding the village outskirts to watch for any suspicious activity. Once this dampened their spirits a small bit I decided to head towards the hospital to meet a friend and visit another. Tizona and Zirith came along hoping that these friends of mine would lend a hand with the village.
Arriving at the hospital I saw that yet again she isn't where I expected, or perhaps she will show up soon and is just running late. Oh well, at least I can see one of my friends for now. He was on the first floor so it didn't take long to find his room.

Duration: Undergoing treatment until 9/7

Thank God he's pretty much healed and on top of that he'll be able to get out in a few days! Opening the door I walked in only to find the room empty. His scent was still in the room so he obviously hasn't left yet. I tilted my head forward, closed my eyes, and simply gave a bit of a chuckle. I knew where he was but I was waiting to see if the others would notice.
Zirith was clueless asking "Wasn't your friend supposed to be in this room?" Tizona looked around but still couldn't find him. Simply telling them to look up, they saw Zerostsu lounging on the ceiling with a smirk on his face. He jumped down trying to tackle me in the process. I could tell he was feeling much better so I grabbed his arm while he was in mid-air and twisted it behind his back. After a few counter moves between the both of us, we just laughed, happy to see each other. I explained to Tizona and Zirith that we had met about half way through our academy days and have become best friends since then.
Zerostsu, being the lucky b*****d that he is, had barely survived the Uchiha massacre. After Zerostsu told of how he fought Itachi himself, he showed them the scar from the center of his back just past his shoulder blade.
Just after the stories were told and intros were finished a knock came on the door. Walking in was Miyuki, the other member of our squad and a very close friend of mine. She looked as if she just ran here after training with her foster father. She instantly bolted from the doorway and hugged both me and Zerostsu. She was worried about both of us, me for being away for so long and Zerostsu for being hospitalized without any visitors permitted after I left. Her ears caught the sound of a chuckle coming from Tizona. She turned around embarrassed as we introduced her to Tizona and Zirith. The three of us were one of the squads with the most rapidly progressing skills and most experience out of all the chunin squads and even the vast majority of the jounin. The only reason we weren't jounin already was because of our age. Once we each turn 13 we will all receive jounin rank as promised by the Hokage himself.
After everything was finished up in the hospital we parted ways with Zerostsu and began walking towards my home. Miyuki invited us to have dinner and stay the night at the Hyuuga house which was turned down because of the fact that Tizona and Zirith were strangers to all of Konoha besides us and my family. We walked her home then, after saying goodbyes for the night, Shunomaru, Tizona, Zirith, and myself all walked towards my house. Once we got home we ate dinner and got ready to sleep.
I'm looking forward to actually sleeping tonight. Hopefully this time I won't be awake all night.
