I’m running, running away. Dark trees loom around me casting deathly shadows on the menacing ground. Ear-Splitting howls fill the dark, moon-less night and I am frightened. I look down to see a soft powdery snow at my feet and I wonder “Why am I running?” then the gentle white blanket turns into a horrendous river of blood. The trees begin to come to life reaching there ghastly limbs out at me. The cry of the wolves comes nearer until I can see the hatred in there terrible yellow eyes. The horrific tide begins to rise trying to slowly drown me in this dreadful blood-bath. I hear the sound of huge, powerful jaws snapping all around me. And just as it seemed that my small, fragile life would be unfairly taken from me…..I awoke. It was only a dream….no a nightmare.
