Vista HP has CPU spikes while in use, a bad battery, a bad adapter, a bad WLAN card, doesn't boot properly, heats up to 190 degrees Fahrenheit gonk , and its screen collapsed by itself while I was using it in a common, normal manner. O.o I will be using this PC in an occasional manner after backing stuff up and reformatting it.
Meanwhile, the Dell Dimension 8200 (REALDEALV2) is approximately seven years old, and is still running pretty fast for its time. Single core CPU... xp So, I will claim this PC instead of The 5th PC (eMachines T1360 model) as I did before and move it from the basement to my room. I wonder if this is going to be a near impossible feat... xD Then again, I did get it in my sister's room before.
As a recap, the list is as follows:
Back up files from Vista HP to REALDEALV2
Move REALDEALV2 from the basement to my room
Format (reinstall) Vista on Vista HP
