this is something I wrote. Im posting it all over:

When as we met, I was disgrace
Until I glanced upon thy face
As to a magnet, metal attracts
So to me thy life impacts.
Illumination coerces the mind,
Beauty in the fairest kind,
In this, my doe, my first endeavor
Shall capture thy beauty forever.
While in the sky, thy shining light
Shall push away the coldest night.

And amidst the shining lights transmitting,
as if the sun and flames were flitting
And crease thy eyes with instant fire,
and see within thy soul transpire
Amid thy eyes the sun appears if setting,
To bring the dawn of loves forgetting
Matches to hear the flames to flicker,
But apart from you, a star is failing
To be with you shall do it quicker
Than all the hells on earth availing.

A sweet melody upon a harp
Shall find the rhythm of thy heart
And cast away all displeasure
As the sea shall show its hidden treasure,
As the wind shall blow askew the sparks,
The flames engulfing both our hearts.
Time the greatest thief and healer,
Where to find the way to tell her,
To seek thy immortal fire,
Is the quest I shall never tire.
