The sun is going down.
I feel as though I’m dying.
I think I’m going crazy.
Everyone is lying.

What did I do wrong?
Do I really deserve this?

I think I’m losing my mind.
I think I’m going blind,
But they just reassure me.

“Oh no. You’re fine.
These feelings are normal.”
That doesn’t make sense at all.

Then why must I crawl
Through the darkness of my mind?
Why am I going blind?

The sun is going down.
I feel as though I’m dying.
I think I’m going insane.
I can’t stop the crying.

What did I do wrong?
Why do they all hate me?

I talk but they don’t listen.

Then why am I stuck
