Okay, so... the last entry was much too serious. xp

Sometimes I think I need more friends who are parents. Annnyways.....

I'm currently in the process of converting some of my resources to gold so that I can catch up on collecting the evolving items and collectibles from the last couple of months. I think I'm nearly caught up now... just need one of those 'Kelp o the loch' items and I'll have at least one of everything. whee Yes, I'm still an item hoarder.

I'm probably going to continue selling things off, converting to gold, and then re-investing in other items for a bit though. At least, as long as I have the motivation to do so. It'll desert me here after a while I'm sure. While it lasts, I want to stockpile some evolving items, since these are a better investment these days than letters or collectibles for the most part. And then keep some gold on hand for future investing.

I'm also finally sorting through some of the oddments in my inventory and clearing out a few things that I never wear, or have duplicates of.

Well, so much for Gaia. Oh, except that during the two or three weeks that I was otherwise occupied.... I received four gift boxes... which I'm now still unable to open because of the item normalization. ^^;; The boxes are in my inventory, but if I click on them, it says gifting is disabled. Meh. x_x; Don't even know what people sent me. *shakes fist* This is why you're not supposed to gift me things! xp Okay, not really, but in this case...

So in the real world... remember how I was really looking forward to my summer? Eheheheh.... *sigh* At the moment, I'm dreading many things that I was previously looking forward to. Isn't it great how one misunderstanding can spin out of control and compound itself into something too large and complicated to unravel? Well, we'll see how it goes. sweatdrop

I got myself one of those FlashRom cards for my DS. I wanted to try out a bunch of games that I wasn't sure I wanted to spend $40-$50 apiece on. Izuna: Legend of the Unemployed Ninja was fun, but I don't think I'd have the patience for it if I hadn't been using cheats... especially since there's only 6 dungeons in the entire game. I know they randomly generate, but still. ^^;; Trace Memory was excellent. It's relatively short, but I highly recommend it. They found totally new ways to use the many-featured DS that I hadn't seen used before. surprised

I'm taking a break from games this week to let my arm heal... I've been having problems with muscle soreness in my right arm for a couple of weeks now. While it's healing up, I'm concentrating on catching up on some DVD watching instead. Currently going through Babylon 5 with a friend - we're on Season 2. This series has so far amused me, horrified me, and given me food for thought. That's what I love about Sci-Fi series. heart

Additionally, I've been watching the anime: The Irresponsible Captain Tylor, which I'm enjoying a lot, and catching up on watching the videos from my Blockbuster Online account. Last night, I watched the animated film that was created to go with Daft Punk's music. Intastella 5555. I kinda want to own it now. If you like music and you like animation, this is the ultimate in music videos. Of course, most people have seen it by now... as usual, I'm a bit late on the jump. But still, I really enjoyed it. ^-^

Oh oh... and yes, I saw the new Batman movie on the weekend. It was really good. Though, I think I'm honestly kinda getting tired of a new version of Batman every 2 or 3 years.... but, this one was definitely really good!

And now back to selling stuff and stockpiling...
