Have you ever just exploded for no reason,
saw a mess
and screamed at the top of your lungs
and the people around you
become affected and
afterwards
it just makes you feel so bad
have you ever been the person to hurt someone
without thinking,
because of your own selfishness
because you kept things bottled up inside
and then you let it all out
on those innocent loved ones
who just don't have a clue
it has happened to me
and I have done it myself
and it happens to someone else
and they do it to someone else
and then someone else does it to you or them or us
or whomever in the midst
like wild fire
uncontrollable flames
and the wind
doesn't help then
crying
