I want to be in a pool that overlooks the clouds when I tilt my head back
I want to be in spakling blue, and diamond sunshine
I want to swim laps that go back and forth in butterfly
and froggy style
I want to do lap after lap racing the wind and splash
moving my body to that good refreshed feeling
I want to laugh with my partner,
have him touch my feet underwater,
see my eyes glow in the diamond wind
and take me into the wetness,
I want to be in the pool in the heat
enjoy summertime with someone worthy
I want to experience the feeling of being out of breath
the slow approach to getting in the water
while he just dives right in
I want to be with him again and again and again
like the laps I take
back and forth
back and forth
back and forth.
