"This world is-" Before Flashlight could finish his sentence a group of 6 or 7 man came walking out of the forest. "My lord, there you are!" A man in the front of the group, wearing some kind of old fashion samurai outlet, came up to Flashlight and bowed in respect, followed by the others. Flashlight quickly rose to his feet and nervously glanced over at the journal in my hands. I understood what he was thinking and placed it into my jacket pocket again. "We were just about to leave the hunting grounds when we noticed you were-" The man stopped talking and his attention turned to me. "Aww, and who might we have here? Where are you from girl? Those clothes you wear are strange to me." The man looked me up and down and with a sickening smirk turned back to Flashlight. "M' Lord, if we don't get back soon somebody may grow worried." "Yes, very well. You may leave now, I should be with you in a moment." Flashlight waved his hand and the men left, with the one man looking over his shoulder at me one last time before reentering to the forest. I made a disgusted look at the man and clenched my fists at my side. I assume Flashlight noticed because he turned to me with a look of reassurance. "Don't worry about him, he's only good for a human shield." I gave a nervous laugh and stood up. "Well, I'd better try and find my way back home. It was nice meeting a Lord of this 'world', see you around." I turned to walk away when Flashlight's hand lightly grabbed my sleeve. "Wait, I never got you that meal I had said I'd give you. It'll be dark soon and walking in these woods at night is not wise! Will you come with me to my home and honor me by letting me feed and give you shelter for the night?" I stared up into his begging blue sees and nodded my head 'yes.' "Why not?!" Flashlight smiled and let my sleeve go. "Well then, follow me!" Flashlight then turned and began walking in the direction the men had left and for once I really got a good look at him. He was at least a neck taller then me, he was built but not buff. His hair was wild with a mind of its own and was a silvery-blond color that reminded me of sunlight over rippling water. His eyes were a deep sapphire blue that could pierce through mental or melt the iciest soul. "You coming or what?" Flashlight was all ready at the start of the trees glancing over his shoulder at the starry eyed me. "Yeah! Sorry, I was... uh... thinking." I ran over to Flashlight and he held his arm out for me to take but before I did I stopped dead in my tracks! What now?! This story would be a whole lot easier to write if I/Shesho were blind!
