Yeah. Because a stupid spoiled brat of a girl behind us was tailgating us on the freeway. In the carpool lane. The people ahead of us slowed down abruptly, no warning, no brake lights or anything, so Dave hit the brakes to keep from crashing into them.

Because the girl behind us was tailgating, smoking, and was paying attention to her friend and not to the road, she hit her brakes so hard they squealed and her tires started smoking. She even swerved out of the carpool lane.

So, everything seemed okay, right? We were okay, the people ahead and behind us were okay. No one was hurt. Sigh of relief time. How wrong we were.

She took it personally. Didn't matter that she almost got her and her friend killed. When Dave changed lanes what did she do? Follow him, pulled up on our right, glared at me, pulled ahead of us, rolled down her window, and flipped us off.

So of course Dave and I flipped her off back.

Dave was pissed. He passed around her and hopped skipped his way until she was blocked behind some cars and couldn't follow us anymore. Took me a while to calm him down. Had to get him thinking about how awesome it would be to have a flower powered car. Alternative fuel and all that.

He got into it, saying the car could fly off and leave a rainbow in its wake instead of exhaust.

I'm just really glad that she didn't keep following us. Dave was ready to smack a b***h. And being the loyal sister I am, I would have had to intervene and claw her up so he didn't have to. He has to keep to his "Never hit a girl not my sister" code, doncha know.
