Ok so I got called out of school for two weeks
Reason: My great grandmothers death
doesn't really matter to me, I didn't know her
Ok so we were in the car driving and grandma was on the phone and mom was talking about having the people do an autopsy on GGma’s body to see what killed her. I ask how old she was; my mom replied “86.” So I respond “there’s you’re answer. I couldn’t stop laughing, why are the worst jokes always the funniest? XD XD
I know I shouldn’t laugh, but I wasn’t that close to her, I only saw her a few times, and remember less than that.
Then we stop off at a hotel and check in for the night.
We go to the little restaurant across the street and start a conversation about me sleeping on the table…
Funny Thing
1) Waiter comes up to the table and asks what we would like to drink, then realizes we need menus
2) He comments on how uncomfortable it is to sleep on a table and to not ask him how he knows
I start pondering this: I had a few guesses
a) He was kind of wishy-washy so I thought maybe he was gay?
b) then I caught sight of his teeth, they were disgusting, and his breath: wretched. So I started thinking, drugs? Then he started talking about being very under-weight and there was one other thing I can remember that made me think drugs, so I’m fairly sure that’s it.
3) He asked grandpa if he he wanted a lemon in his tea. Grandpa said ‘no’ real quick, mom was all “oh no, never say the L word” so he laughed went back to taking the orders and was all “ok, ice tea no L-word” and it was kind of funny
