Love is patient, love is kind
It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking
It is not easily angered; it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres.
Love never fails.
That is what love is. If this is true this is how you act towards people you love. If Bob loved Jill would he be happy if they got together and he was happy but she felted tied up and depressed? Bob can’t say yes to this question and still say he loves her. Why? Because that is selfish. Now if Jill was happy going out with someone else besides Bob would he be happy for her? Now I can understand Bob being a little jealous and sad but love does not envy therefore he can’t say no to this question and still love her.
Why must others always hate one another? I’ve discovered hate is usually developed though envy and love doesn’t create hate. We always jump to conclusions, envy, and fear but it isn’t necessary. I guess that’s just our sinful nature…I mean no one is perfect. Still the better person would spread rumors, jump to conclusions, etc. Instead they would try to see both sides and work things out. Never fight fire with fire cuz otherwise you just get a bigger fire. You fight fire with water…fire is hate and water is love…I have gotten rid of many of my enemies by acting through love. Most of them are practically my friends now.

Dear God,
It’s getting hard and the generations are surely getting worse. Rumors come and go so easily and suddenly a new one has risen but now about me. It isn’t true therefore I won’t worry about it and give it to you to clear up, as I have done in the past. Show her that I didn’t try to hurt her and that I stood up for her when spoken lowly of. She may never believe me but I don’t do good deeds so I may brag about them anymore and that’s that. Thank you for helping me get my goal also…from the beginning I made it a side line goal that he admit he rocked…he did so today. Though he said it was because of me I give full credit to you because if you didn’t work in me…well…you know. It isn’t easy but it is indeed getting easier…acting in love and not in hate/sin. Thank you. Amen.
