Re: Trip from Italy
The trip aboard the vessel was quite hellish; in several places, the rats lived in such prosperity and thrived so well that I could scarce believe my eyes. Nathanial found this to his extreme discomfort, and scarcely stopped whinning at all. Only after I struck the boy across the face with my staff did the lad silence his cries.
After three days of cotemplating the wisdom of snapping the backs of several dockhands and making off with a decrepit, pre-war ship, Father Lancaster sighted land. This information was made available to Brother Grendalvalch, who made the nessicary adjustments to the ship's course. I feel so sorry for him; steering this hulking death trap must be hell.
When we landed at nightfall, the prescence of several men caused Brother Grendelvalch and Father Lancaster to flee below deck. They talked for a time, until Nathanial dashed across the deck to retreive his revolver. We were noticed, and the men, all in dark coats, boarded the vessel. Nathanial attempted to remain silent, but was discovered as he cocked his revovlers.
The next instant, all three men were dead upon the deck, and Nathanial was holding a pair of smoking revolvers to his chest. we congratulated by The Father and I, and we left the corpses aboard the ship, which we destroyed via a small charge in the engine room. We are currently sitting in a dank hotel room, awaiting orders from the organization. Sleep pulls at me, so I end my tale for the night.
