Espira's eyes fluttered open and she didn't dare move as she heard voices around her.
"Zakary I just can't believe you went off and bit Espira. I thought she was your friend!" Zak's mother shouted.
"She is! She is my friend! I just bit her because-" He cut off and I snapped my eyes shut before he could tell I was awake. "I bit her because I had to know. I thought she was a vampire and she is. She doesn't know it but she is."
"This is a problem." Zak's father murmered.
"Hell yeah it's a problem!" I shouted, bolting up. Zak jumped.
"You heard?" He said, looking almost scared. I scowled and nodded.
"Though I hate how I found out! Why didn't you tell me!? And what's this your a vampire!?" She screamed. He cringed.
"I'm sorry." He said softly,his head hanging low. I scowled and crossed my arms.
"Well you should be." She said with a nod of her head.
"Let me see Spira." Zak's father, Mr.Itagawa, gently tipped my head to the side.
"Pretty deep. Zak how could you!?" Mrs. Itagawa shouted.
"I just told you!" He shouted back. I pulled away and turned to Zak.
"What's going to happen now?" I asked softly. He sighed.
"Well...for starters...we're going to a new...special...school now." He said with a slight grin.
