Because of the storm, the store closed at 5pm and only two checkers showed up. Kai came in at 8am, and had a one-hour lunch at noon. That means Kai worked eight hours, and law says that entitles Kai to two-15-minute breaks. Guess how many Kai was allowed to take? ZERO. In the morning it was too busy, and the afternoon, the O.A. was Jess. 'Nuff said. Kai did manage a quick pee break, but apparently, that was 15-seconds too long and Jess snapped at Kai.
