I've been watching the first two seasons of the television series "24", and I must say.... that show is as addictive as crack cocaine. In the past week and a half, I've watched.... well... a season and a half of the show. As each episode is about 42 minutes, and as there are 24 episodes per season... well, let's just say that I've not got much else done, including reading much of the new Harry Potter book. Incidentally, the show follows multiple individuals throughout their 24 hour day in realtime. No flashbacks, no montages.... if it isn't happening while the show is running, it isn't shown. The second season is good, though somewhat less unpredictable... but the first season stumped most of my prediction abilities. For that alone, I'd continue watching it.

I asked my physical trainer to add a bit of weight to my workout routine. He added 70 pounds. While it is a lovely challenge, it is kicking my a**. Here's to hoping that my a** becomes stronger so it is more resistant to kicking.
