Wow - I hadn't realized how long its been since I've posted here - over a year! I'm still working on my Quest for (almost) Everything - and now I'm on a quest in real life too; weight loss. I weigh about 200 pounds and I'm 5'4" The 'healthy' weight for someone my height is 120-140 depending on your bone structure. As I'm a white-girl with hips, I'd be ecstatic for 130. Thats 70 pounds which is a lot of weight to lose. I'm hoping to show improvement by GenCon (late August) so we'll see. I'm exercising, walking 2 miles a day or some other thing via DVD, and I'm trying to keep my calorie intake at around 1500 (2000 is 'normal'). I've been at it for 1 week so far with no visible improvement, but its gonna take a while. My husband is being amazingly supportive of me, which I really appreciate. He's been here, so he knows what I'm going through and is totally willing to hold my hand through the whole process heart
Today I have eaten:
1 cup of chocolate milk - 180
1 bowl of Raisin Bran - 210
1 pack of chocolate rice cakes - 60
1 cup of chocolate milk - 180
1 cup of alfredo noodles - 220
1 flavored water - 10
For a total of 860 calories.
