Ok, we've all seen these lousy "get fit quick" home gym and altered meal advertisemnets, and we al know not one of them compares to just eating right and exercising. Why do people continue to use them? They can't bare the thought of just doing things the old fashioned way. Are people so stupid and lazy that they can't just get up and do things correctly rather than have some con artist tell them how? I've seen a million and ten people that say "it works!", but how many of these people tried doing it right first? It isn't a hard concept, walk, jog, run, jump, swim, run around flapping your arms like a bird, whatever you do, do it even AFTER you've lost the weight if you eat like you did before. That seems to be the part most people f@$k up in before they beg some other lying b*****d to sell them something.

Believe it or not, there is a worse way to lose weight than with "slimfast" stuff, bolemia and anorexia. For those who somehow don't know, bolemia means you make yourself vomit after meals, anorexia means you basicly hate food and eat less than the who's mice after the grinch showed up. THIS IS CRITICALLY BAD FOR YOU. doesn't that dying gurgle in your stomach tell you that? These people are even dumber than the fat bastards that use the advertised junk. First of all, they'll die, (good riddance) second, skeletons are neither attractive nor healthy, wtf is wrong with you people?

I personnaly don't care for my appearance or weight. So long as I can move and am not disturbingly obese, I don't give a damn about "fitness" myself. The only reason people want to look attractive is to ATTRACT a mate, (who'd have guessed, right?) which I have no interest in, and yes, I'll explain why in another rant.

BOTTOM LINE: eat a bit better and exercise and you won't wither away OR be cheated out of your money without help from other stupid acts.
