(Ignore the words or whatever) His hair is pitch black though, not blue in any way.
-Eye color: NOT red. BRIGHT Green. AS in, REALLY bright Green. ALmost glowing. And they are slitted, like a cat's.
-Body build: Assassin. He's built like an assassin. He also hones himself to try and stay that fit.
-Nails: Painted black. Yes. He paints his nails. Problem?
-Skin type: Tanned. lightly tanned though.
-Headband: Wears on his forehead. Pushes his bangs up.
- Clothes: Always wears dark colors. Usually favors a form fitting top, and capri-like shorts.
-He wears two shackle-like bracelets on both arms, that are hollow, and inside both there are 2-foot long wire and a small, collapse-able dagger. He's never seen without his 'bracelets'. He calls them bands. They flip open at a nudge from his chakra.

Personality: Sick, twisted, Sadistic, morbid.. Those are just a few words to describe Rune. You really don't want to be on his bad side, since all of those will be turned on you. But even if you're on his good side, you better look out, since he likes to cause pain when he's bored. He loves to see people in torment or in pain, and it doesn't matter whether he caused it or not. He loves the sight of blood, but emotional torment is just as good. Even with all that, being raised in a loving family tamed his evil personality just a little bit, so he actually takes care of anyone he gets close to. And he will not harm them, but will make life living hell for anyone who messes with them. Don't trust him with small animals, those are his favorite play toys. He hasn't killed yet, but he really looks forward to killing. He wants to feel when someone dies. Small animals just don't cut it.

- Moves absolutely silently, like a cat. Most don't hear or sense him coming.
Mental Strengths:
- Intense mental focus, can tune out everything around him to focus on one point or object, and doesn't lose track of it.
- clever and creative (In a very bad way..)
Weakness:
-Can't stand having his own personality turned against him, if a mental torture was used on him, his fine line between sanity and insanity would break. Basically, if he was placed into a genjutsu of some sort where he had to experience everything he wanted to do to people done to him, he'd crack.
Physical:
- He has a weak point in the small of his back, where, if he was hit there, he cannot move for 2 hours. His father did something to him when he was small, so that the family would be able to control him, because of his personality.

Background:
Rune was born into a loving family, but when he was two, he began to show his true colors. When his mother accedentally cut herself while making food, rune giggled at the sight of blood. Concerned, his parents tried several things, and discovered that their child was mentally disturbed. Regardless, they still treated him the same, and loved him.
When he was 4, he was given a pet, a small mouse. 2 weeks later, they found him slowly killing the mouse with needles he had stolen from his father, who was a chuunin. His father, concerned even more at what would happen, Punished Rune, and struck him hard in the back, cracking a few of his bones, and implanting a jutsu of sorts in the now vulnerable bones.
After that, Rune never wished for harm upon his parents or family again.
When he entered school, he was annoyed immediately at how so many girls began to flock towards him, since he didn't talk much, and excelled in his classes. After he got fed up, he began revealing his true face to some of the more persistent fangirls, and then he was left alone, because he scared most of his classmates. He took joy in doing that, until he got caught by the teacher when he was working on breaking a boy's finger. SLowly.
Punished once more, Rune learned yet another lesson, and did not inflict any lasting damage on to his classmates or fellow members of Konoha. But, he did begin to look forward to being sent on a mission to actually be able to go full out on an opponent. SO, he began to practice and train even more, wanting to perfect all that he could. He also began to invent a jutsu that was his alone, to be able to use against his classmates and on small animals.
He graduated at 10, and wears his headband proudly, and has been practicing on his own since then, and also waiting to actually be assigned to a team or a sensei, since there was some debate about who he could go with and not actually harm. His father took part in the debate, and told the older ninjas about the weakness he instilled in his boy to make him more controllable. So, for now, his father has been training him.
Rune doesn't have many friends, since most children were afraid of him.

Rune yawned, looking up at the clouds. Such a boring day. His dad was out on a mission, and that meant that no one would train him today. How boring!!! Getting up, he set off towards the training grounds, to watch the 'teams' train there with their senseis. He felt a bit left out. But he understood why. They were frightened of him. And to think, he wasn't even that strong yet. Pitiful little mice.. He wouldn't kill them. He had learned his lesson. But even with his father saying that, no one seemed to trust him. It didn't really bother him. He was just annoyed that he was being left out of the training that everyone else got. Why did Sasuke get all the attention really? The only reason the girls still liked that boy was because he wasn't firm enough with them. Rune had showed them what he was truly like, and they ran. That was a funny day.
Even more annoyed now, he narrowed his eyes at the genin who were training. Maybe he should train alone today. Taking off once more, he headed into the forest that surrounded the village, and found a nice tree to attack. Practicing the moves he learned in the academy, he attacked, and after a few minutes, he nudged the bands aroudn his wrists with his chakra, releasing the wire stored in one and the dagger stored in the other. Striking out with the wire, it wrapped around one of the tree branches, and in his mind he imagined it was someone's neck, and he swung himself up close, and then embedded the small dagger into the trunk as well, imagining it was a person's forehead, and then imagining the blank look in their eyes as they died.
Sighing, he took out the dagger, and coiled the wire back up, putting them back into the band he had taken them out of. Both of the bands had a dagger and a wire, but he usually took a wire out of one and a dagger out of the opposite one. That way it fooled his opponents into thinking that he was weaponless after taking out the initial weapons. Sometimes, life was just boring.. and trees didn't bleed. He really couldn't wait to advance to a higher rank and actually do missions that involved some blood. But first, he wanted to get stronger.
