Floating around me.
Controlled by murder thoughts.
So, day 3 of the con had me once more up and at em', with a good 5 hours of sleep under my belt. This is an improvement to my normal schedule of asleep at 1 am and awake at 4:30 am, sometimes sooner. I also got to wander around Anaheim in the middle of the night with fubenkunai. Which is a greatly satisfying thing. It warms the cockles, the sub cockles, and whatever else is in cockle country. However, all satisfaction aside, I'm not running on 4 days in a row with around 4-5 hours a night. I can handle this, usually. However, I'm still coming off of a 4 day stretch of 2 and 3 hour nights, so I'm burned out.
You try and keep it together, for the sake of what little humanity I have left, and for the sanity of others. Must maintain. I think I hide how dog weary I actually am quite well. Outside, I am "sexier than buddha, harder than jesus, and I cannot die." Inside, i'm a sleep deprived zombie, shuffling to and fro and fiddling with big red buttons, levers, and switches in my head. The zombie does not know what all these buttons do, but pushes them anyways. So, I may act strange at times. Chalk it up to user error... and massive substance abuse.
So, being 3 days into the con would make it saturday. The coherency and time-binding of the 5 days are all starting to slip and run together, so I may not tell this right. Basically, far as I remember, this was the night of the panel. We all wore our OMG hats, because we are cooler than you, and we get free s**t. I look like a deranged heroin addict in that hat. I mean, I look that way normally, but that hat makes it look like I just took six shots of china white straight into my tearducts; just enough to make me feel like this hat looks even remotely good on my oddly shaped head. Not to mention the shirt. Oh, the shirt. Poke Moony about that one, I will not incriminate myself. So.. pleading the 5th. Let's just say, I looked quite interesting, and I was catching a draft.
The panel revealed new stuff. Wonderful things coming for gaia. I'm looking forward to tattoos. Mmmmmm.. tattoos. Not to mention lanzer and his wonderful "hello" to moira. Lanzer, you dog, you. Rwar. I want some of these new items. I will have them. They will be mine.
No ******** fangirls for twist. It makes me very upset. My suntan lotion remained unrubbed. My naughty bits were unstroked. No one loves the twist. ********.
Oh yeah, notes on things I've missed so far.
In the airport in denver, we have a smoking lounge. You must order one drink to be in there. So, if you've got a drink, and they make you order one, and then they don't bring it for 20 minutes, does that justify walking out? Because I think it does.
First day at the con you could find some of the mods and Locke, Lanzer, and Vo throwing airplanes off the balcony. A human refrigerator told us to knock it off, because we could put out somone's eye. Quite frankly, I think he has mommy issues. They are ******** balls of paper. With no tape. Knowing me and fube, he's lucky they didn't have ebola and heroin in them. He's lucky they weren't made out of steel. Knowing Locke, he's lucky he didn't follow them out the window.
More to come.. eventually. Still so very tired, and I don't get a day off until wednesday. Averaging 3 hours a night, thank you.
