Part 4: Two Sasukes
The little boy, Sasuke ran about the room, he picked up stuffed animals, the nursery that housed other children seemed a little ideal. The teenager, Sasuke watched from a chair as his nephew smiled up at him with the large eyes that was innocent. There was just no way that Itachi could have something so innocent and so carefree.
"Sasuke-kun, could you hold your nephew for me," Shizune walked in and set down a medical kit. "Its time for a S H O T," she whispered to him.
The little Sasuke blinked up at his uncle as he suddenly felt the needle and let out a cry. "Its going to be over soon," his uncle whispered and stroked his head.

"I have to think about another way to identify my nephew," Sasuke sat down staring at some ramen, he looked over at Naruto who was slurping it up quickly.
"Um...well...how about Sasu, its a shortened version of you," Naruto leaned back thinking then smiled. "After all, when I saw him, he looked like how you looked when you were little."
"Of course, that's a common look for Uchiha boys and all children!"
Looking down the street, Sasuke saw Sakura walking home from her job. "Sakura-chan...um...hello."
Sakura looked at him as she stopped in front of her parent's house. "Sasuke-kun, what are you doing?"
"Having dinner, Sasu-chan can't come home until tomorrow," Sasuke looked at her. "He's going to be all right, I just thought you should know."
"I'm really busy," she walked back to the house.
Naruto blinked at Sasuke who watched her as she walked away. "Sasuke-kun, things really have changed over the years. I don't think she's happy with you that's all."
"That's an under statement," Sasuke finally let out a gasp as they walked home to the Uchiha house. "Do you want some tea?"
"No thanks, I have to go see Hinata-chan, if I don't show up, her father's going to kill me, that and I think that Neji-kun is stalking me too," Naruto waved as they ran.

"Sasu-chan?" the little Sasuke blinked up at his uncle as they sat down in his uncle's shoulder. He was tired and yawned holding onto his uncle's neck as they blinked at the book that they were reading.
"Yeah, its just until you are older," the older Sasuke tried to smile, but his face was not good with that. "How about we eat something?"
"OK!"
They seemed like a good pair, night and day in some cases. Sasu-chan was rather shy and would hide behind his uncle's legs. Sasuke-kun on the other hand was confident and rather hard to talk to.
Walking into the cafeteria they sat together and sitting in his uncle's lap as he ate, Sasu-chan was pretty tired. Soup was about all that little boy would eat until it was time for him to try something a little more solid. He looked up at his uncle who was helping him.
Sakura was watching from a distance, she was almost shocked that the little boy made such a stride. "I told you to have faith," she looked up as Shizune walked into the hall where she was hiding. "That little kid has some strength that is just like his uncle's. I think they are good for each other, not to mention, it will make Sasuke-kun stay in the village from now on."
"That boy is Itachi's child, and..."
"Its not his fault!" She turned to see Sasuke who was walking with Sasu-chan who ran off to play with some other children. "Sasu-chan didn't kill my parents! His father did, I don't blame him, he's only a child, what do children know about their father's past!"
Sasu-chan looked into the hall. "Uncle Sasuke, I want to play with you!" the little boy's voice was sing-song as he grabbed onto his uncle's leg.
"All right, let's go," Sasuke took him away toward the play area.
"You're jealous of the boy?" Shizune blinked in surprise.
