FYI i changed Kenkre to kenoko (me) XD blaugh enjoy!!! merry xmas!!! heart

Syri was so confused. Syri’s mind was racing, trying to find and grasp the meaning. A mysterious girl has appeared, the village is gone and… Sigh.

“What does this have to do with me?”Syri said as she could not figure out what was going on.

“Long story short, you have to vanquish the other demons causing chaos around this realm. Those men pillaging the village they are possessed. Your village is in ruins but most people escaped” Kenoko managed a small smile.

“What do you mean ‘other’ demons” Syri blinked as if to prepare herself for the answer to a question she already knew.
Kenoko’s smile quickly faded.
“You don’t know?” she blinked too” your part demon… wild cat to be exact.” Kenoko took a bite of bread she had taken out of her pack and offered some to Syri, who half heartedly accepted. She studied Syri’s face to see if she was surprised.
But Syri’s face remained like a stone. The tears had long since dried on her face by the heat of the small camp fire.
Somehow Syri had always known that there was something very different about her. The day started to fade but the smoke from the village had not. The fire was dancing this way and that. Kenoko and Syri ate in silence. After they ate, they lay down close to the fire. Kenoko kept at a distance from the fire. Their camp fire shone in the darkness. The fire was dancing this way and that. Syri was strangely attracted.
