the eve of xmas
i think the base of xmas is stupid that might be b/c i am atheist...that seems like a good reason...i like the giving of the gifts though; that's pretty much all it is any more anyways. but the one thing that i hate the most is the xmas songs!!! i hate them so much!!! with their happy little praise the lord tunes or the stupid melody that gets stuck in your head for days on end. *sigh* that is the worst part of xmas. i think that it should be about spending time with those that you care about and giving them gifts to show how much you care/know them. but other than that i like xmas. my family isn't really into it that much though. because we didn't even put up our fake tree this year. instead we found these cute little colored fake trees that are about a foot tall. we bought 3 and some mini ornaments and they are now on our coffee table. it's quite sad really. but they look pretty good for each o them only costing like 2 bucks. my family sucks at xmas spirit. it's more like we suck at celebrating every thing really. we don't put much weight on any holliday...oh well, it's ok like that. it's what i'm used to. it's just how we are i guess. well, that was interesting things that i said. i thought about deleting some of it but i don't really feel like it. i'll just let you read all that strange stuff i guess or you don't really have to but i guess that you already have read it, huh?
