A couple of old poems. From my teen years. Not to far off I guess...
Current mood: ecstatic
Category: Writing and Poetry
I was so happy when I realized not all of it was lost. I found one book among my recovered items. Their short ones...
Watching eyes with questioning glimpses
Asking your self but never an answer
Looking back a glance in the wrong direction
Lust, longing, or the late night eye candy
A wild spark from behind a veil of untamed hair
Beauty in flowing gowns unnoticed by many
I catch a final glimpse as she walks a way
A smile that lit the night to day
next...
Home sick is right around the corner
The spirits that travel along my side
Of friend and lovers lost or just away
I see them in every place I may go
A little older, A little younger
Some a bit calmer others more raveness
But all ways their to comfort
And all ways their to remind me
Of what I call home, staring in to the distance
I usually can't spell so I apologize for any mistakes.
