I wrote this around the time my Grandmother died. This was for her.
Still waiting for the kiss on my cheek
Still waiting for all those Christmas sweets.
Still waiting for the search on Easter
Still waiting fir the 13 spankings on my keaster
I'll never know what happened to those days
Where my Grandma watched us run and play
She passes away about a year
But she still knows i love her dear
