She felt happy. She wasn't really sure why, but she did. The rain washed the outside clean and it wasn't long before she found herself dancing in it. It felt cold against her face. Her unpainted face. There wasn't anything to wash off. She didn't feel like putting on make-up. So...she didn't. As she returned to the house she felt the cold water and today, the cold didn't bother her. It made her feel warm inside. She felt the beating of her heart, and she knew that today, she was ok. Today she didn't need anyone. She felt happy.
